Alpha Beta Core Solutions Private Limited ne mazeed bataya kay on behalf of New Future Consumer International General Trading LLC (Acquirer) ki taraf se public announcement offer (PAO) ke according, Business Recorder and Nawa-i-waqt mein shaya hone wale ishtehar kay ke zariye bataya hai kay wo Zil Limited ke 61.36% shares or control ko hasil karnay ka irada rakhtay hain.
