Dividend Payment:
Final Cash Dividend of Rs.90 Million:
Company ne financial year jo June 30, 2023 ko khatam hua, ke liye final cash dividend ki rakam jari ki hai, jise Rs.10.00 har share par, yaani ke har share jo Rs.10 ki hai, i.e. 100% par diya jayega. Is maamle mein company ke directors ki taraf se ki gayi tajwez ko manzoori di gayi hai. Yeh raqam un shareholders ko di jayegi jinka naam register of members mein 18 October 2023 ke business day ke end par mojood ho.
APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS AND FIXATION OF THEIR REMUNERATION
Statutory Auditors Ka re-Appointment:
Company ne M/s Grant Thornton Anjum Rahman, Chartered Accountants ko company ke statutory auditors ke tor par dobara appoint kiya hai, jo financial year jo June 30, 2024 ko end hoga, ke liye. In auditors ko total Rs 775,000 plus tax, jo ke yearly audit, half yearly review aur corporate Governance code ke review report ke liye hai, aur out of pocket expenses jo Rs40,000 tak hain, ke remuneration kay liye select kiya gaya hai.
