United Distributors Pakistan Limited (UDPL) ke Board of Directors ki ek aham meeting 5 December 2024 ko mun’aqid hui, jis me ek bade faisle ki manzoori di gayi. Is meeting mein FMC United (Private) Limited ke 1,639,420 (ek million, cheh sau untalis hazar, char sau bees) ordinary shares, jo ke FMC United ke total issued aur paid-up share capital ka 40% hain, FMC Corporation ko bechne ka faisla kiya gaya.
Deal ke Ahem Nuqaat:
- Divestment Transaction ke tahat, UDPL apne shares FMC Corporation ko transfer karega, jo already FMC United ke ek existing shareholder hain.
- Is deal ke baad, FMC Corporation (directly aur nominees ke zariye) FMC United ka 100% malik ban jayega.
Asar aur Maqsad:
Ye transaction FMC Corporation ko poori ownership dekar unhein apne business operations aur strategies ko mazid mazboot banane ka mauqa dega. UDPL ke liye, ye ek strategic move hai jo company ke resources ko reallocate karne aur apne core business par focus barhane ke liye kiya gaya hai.
Ye qadam stock market aur FMC United ke stakeholders ke liye ek aham aur musbat development ke taur par dekha ja raha hai.
