KARACHI: Aik bari corporate development ke tehat, Pakistan Services Limited (PSEL) ne bataya hai ke unhein Thatta Cement Company Limited se 14 October 2025 ko aik letter mila hai jis me company ne PSEL ke 28% voting shares ke acquisition ki tasdeeq ki hai.

Company ke mutabiq, Thatta Cement ka yeh acquisition aik strategic investment hai jo dono companies ke darmiyan naye cooperation aur growth ke daur ka aaghaz karega.

Yeh development yeh bhi dikhata hai ke Thatta Cement apne portfolio ko diversify karne ke liye pur-azm hai, jab ke yeh Pakistan Services Limited ke hospitality aur services sector mein mazboot maqam par unka bharosa bhi zahir karta hai.
