Telecard Limited ke Board of Directors ne circulation ke zariye faisla kiya hai ke wo apne subsidiary, Hallmark Company Limited ke potential right issue mein PKR 400,000,000 tak ka investment karegi. Yeh investment ordinary shares ke form mein hoga aur har share ki keemat PKR 10 hogi. Is faislay ko Hallmark ke board of directors ki manzoori ke baad announce kiya gaya hai.
Telecard Limited ke shareholders se approval lena bhi zaroori hai. Board ne yeh bhi decide kiya hai ke agar right issue process mein koi shares unsubscribed reh jayein to wo bhi wo shares le lenge jo unka entitlement hai. Is process mein unhone Companies (Further Issue of Shares) undertaking bhi jari karne ka faisla kiya hai.
