Karachi: TRE Certificate Holders / Securities Brokers (TRECHs) ne Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) ke sath Consolidated Service Level Agreement (SLA) par sign kiya hai taake TRECHs ko use karte hue PSX ki technical services ke liye PSX ki sab se highest level services and support hasil kar sakein.
Jabke PSX tamam TRECHs ko support aur services provide karne ke liye committed hai, lekin zarori hai ke jo TRE Certificate Holders/Securities Brokers abhi tak SLA par sign nahi kiya hai, unhen immediately sign karna zaroori hai taake unko bina kisi interruption PSX ki technical services aur support milti rahein.
Pakistan Stock Broker Association kay General Secretary BILAL FAROOQ Zardi ka kehna hai ke “Mamla abhi tak behas mein hai aur abhi tak finalize nahi hua. Revised draft PSBA ke saath agreement ke mutabiq tayyar ki jayegi. PSBA ke paas SLA clause(s) ke legal validities par kuch objections hain, is liye matter ko positive tareeqay se mukamal karne ke liye PSX ke saath le jaya gaya hai”.
