Karachi: SILK BANK LIMITED ki Management ne material information ke according April 19 2023 Hon’ble High Court se ruju kiya recent development ki update jese ke Bank ne PSX par announce kiya tha or 02 may 2023 ko Bank management ne bhi inform kiya ke Bank ki diligence aglay kuch dino mein shuru hone ki umeed hai aur conclude karnay mein 2-3 months lag saktay hain. On this basis, Management ko lagta hai Publication or Financial Statement disclosure or AGM ke liye mazeed extension ki zaroorat hai.
Hon’ble High Court – Islamabad ne Bank ke extension ki darkhwast par gor kiya or AGM holding ke liye 4 months ki extension ki manzori di hai. Court ke is order ki confirmation bank ke appointed lawyers ne ki hai jo pesh huwe thy Friday 05 May 2023 ko PSX ke trading hours ke baad. Order ki certified copy ka abhi bhi intezar hai.
