Islamabad: Securities aur Exchange Commission Pakistan (SECP) ne insurance companies ke amendments mein advance/withholding tax record karne ka aur Government securities mein invest karne ka tariqa change karne ke liye amendments ki hain.
SRO 1514(I)/2023 aur SRO 1516(I)/2023, Insurance Rules 2017 aur Insurance Accounting Regulations 2017 mein amendments ki gayi hain, jo SECP ki website par dastiyab hain.
Maujooda amendments ke mutabiq, life insurance companies ko advance/withholding tax ke against record karne ke liye Government securities ke Specified portions ko qaim rakhne ki request hoti hai, jo insurance companies ki liquidity ke future par asar andaz hoti hai.
Approved amendments ka maksad advance/withholding tax ko record karne ke liye procedure mein sakhti laana he.
