Karachi: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) ne Thursday ke din Rs 645.1 billion market me inject kiye, taake system ki liquidity stable rahe. Injection do modes me kiya gaya — Reverse Repo Purchase OMO aur Shariah Compliant Mudarabah OMO.
SBP ne 1-day Reverse Repo Purchase OMO ke zariye Rs 512.6 billion inject kiye. Central bank ko 7 bids mili, jinki total offer bhi Rs 512.6bn thi. SBP ne tamam bids ko 11.10% ke rate par accept kar liya.
Iske ilawa, Shariah Compliant Mudarabah OMO bhi 1 din ke liye conduct kiya gaya jisme 5 bids receive hui. Total offer Rs 146.5bn thi, jis me se SBP ne Rs 132.5bn ko 11.08% return par accept kiya.
Market experts ke mutabiq, itna significant injection short-term liquidity ko smooth rakhnay aur overnight rates ko guide karne ke liye kiya gaya hai.
