Pakistan Stock Exchange ki taraf se lagai gai penalty ko specified time mein pay na karne ki wajeh se, neeche diye gaye do Companies ko Defaulters’ Segment mein rakha gaya hai, ye information all concerned ke liye di gayi thi.

Is context mein sabhi concerned logo ko inform kiya jata hai ki yeh Companies PSX Regulation 5.11.1.(e) Non-compliance ko rectify karne ke liye 05 July 2023 tak ka waqt hai.

Agar Companies PSX Regulation 5.11.1.(e) non-compliance ko diye gay waqt par rectify na kar payen, toh PSX Regulations subsequent provisions ke tahat, Companies ki trading ka suspend ke sath sath mazeed actions liye jayenge.

It may also be noted that in case of Companies PSX Regulation 5.11.1.(e) non-compliance ko diye gay waqt par rectify kar deti hain, toh Companies ko Exchange ke Normal Counter mein shift kiya ja sakta hai.
