Islamabad: Pakistan Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP) ne Securities and Futures Advisers (Licensing and Operations) Regulations, 2017 mein amendments notify kar di hain. Ye amendments Securities and Futures Advisers ke liye ek resilient market develop karna, business mein facilities produce karna, financial inclusion main improving aur investors base ko expend karne he.
Ye amendments existing regulations k sath market development and business karne ki facilities mein ko helpful hongy.
Significant facility ye hai ke Securities and Futures Advisers ko licence ke liye financial resources ki requirements ko kam kar diya gaya hai, jo aik company ke liye PKR 500,000 aur individuals ke liye PKR 250,000 applied he. Agar company listed ho to Securities & Futures Advisers ke sponsors par 51% hisse rakhne ya 25% hisse ke hawale se requirements ko end kar di jaengy.
In addition, scheduled banks, microfinance banks, non-bank microfinance companies aur electronic money institutions ko aik separate licence ke liye permission ki approval se release diya gaya hai. Notified regulations assets management companies ke elawa pension funds management ke through offered distribution of voluntary pension funds ko enable karte hain jin mein Asset Management Companies include nahi , aur distributor ke liye tanzeem mein shamil AMC’s/Pension Fund Manager se hasil karne kipermission he, jis mein distributor clients se koi bhi advisory fees receive nahi kar sakta he jo distribution services se a/c ho.

Regulations ke Annexure-B mein zyada se zyada documentation ki requirements ko remove kardya gaya hai, Fit & Proper criterion ko rationalized kia gaya hai aur distributors ke liye Standard Distribution Agreement ki contents se related new Annexure-C insert kiya gaya he.
