Lahore: Oilboy Energy Limited ke shareholders ne 16 December 2025 ko company ke registered office me hold ki gayi Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) me right issue se raised funds ke use me tabdeeli ko ratify aur approve kar diya.

Pehle ye funds “Bio-Oil from Pyrolysis – Waste to Energy through Fast Pyrolysis” project ke liye allocate ki gayi thi, lekin ab ye funds nimna purposes ke liye use kiye jayenge:

1. Company ke existing trading business (coal, LPG aur allied fuel products) ka expansion

2. Storage, logistics aur supply chain infrastructure ka enhancement

3. Working capital aur operating assets ko mazboot karna

Board ne Chief Executive Officer ko authorize kiya hai ke wo tamam regulatory aur statutory formalities complete karein aur relevant documents execute karein taake ye resolution implement ho sake.
