Mari Minerals (Private) Limited, jo ke Mari Energies Limited ki puri tarah se owned subsidiary hai, ne apni strategic growth aur diversification goals ko aage barhate hue Kohesultan Mining Company (Private) Limited (KMCL) mein 5% hissa khareedne ke liye ek definitive agreement sign kiya hai. Yeh deal ab regulatory approvals ke liye pending hai.
KMCL, Siahkoh Mining Development (SMC-Private) Limited (SMD) aur MCC Tongsin Resources Ltd (MCCT) ka joint venture hai, aur yeh Balochistan ke Chagai ilake mein Siahdiq Copper Project ko manage kar raha hai. Is project ka ahem maqsad Pakistan ke copper resources ko develop karna hai, jo mulk ke mineral sector ki growth ke liye ek significant step hai.
Mari Minerals ka yeh acquisition Mari Energies ke broader efforts ke saath mutabiq hai, jo ke near-core sectors mein diversification aur Pakistan ke mineral resources ki sustainability ko enhance karne ki taraf focused hai. Mari Energies ka yeh move na sirf unke business expansion ko promote karega, balkay Pakistan ke mining aur mineral sectors mein naye opportunities aur jobs create karega.
Is acquisition se Mari Energies ko Pakistan ke mineral sector mein apna footprint mazid mazboot karne ka moka milega, jo ke company ke long-term strategic objectives mein ek ahem qadam hai. Company ka kehna hai ke is partnership se na sirf company ko faida hoga, balkay yeh Pakistan ke liye bhi ek step forward hai jo mulk ke resources ko efficiently aur sustainably manage karne mein madad dega.
