LSE Financial Services Limited (LSEFSL) ne ittila di hai ke Scheme of Compromises, Arrangement and Reconstruction ke tehat LSE Capital Limited (LSECL) aur LSE Financial Services Limited (LSEFSL) ke shares ab shareholders ke respective CDS accounts mein credit kar diye gaye hain.
Yeh distribution Honorable Lahore High Court ke 13 October 2025 ke sanctioned order ke mutabiq mukammal ki gayi.
Company Secretary ke mutabiq, shares ki crediting Central Depository Company (CDC) ke zariye un shareholders ko ki gayi jinka record mutabiq-e-Scheme tayar kiya gaya tha.
Scheme ke mutabiq effective distribution ratio per 1,000 shares (excluding cross holdings) yeh raha:
- LSECL ke shares ka distribution LSEFSL ke shareholders ko: 375.86
- LSECL ke shares ka distribution DCCL ke shareholders ko:* 386.73
- LSECL ke shares ka distribution LSECL ke shareholders ko: 34.75
- LSEFSL ke shares ka distribution DCCL ke shareholders ko: 25.17
*DCCL = Digital Custodian Company Limited
Total shares distributed under the Scheme:
- To Shareholders of DCCL: 841,742
- To Shareholders of LSEFSL: 4,344,185
- To Shareholders of LSECL: 13,093,318
Company ne kaha hai ke yeh distribution tamam regulatory requirements ke mutabiq aur High Court ke order ke under tamam ki gayi.
