K-Electric ne National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) se September 2024 ke Fuel Charges Adjustment (FCA) ke tehat customer bills mein 16 paisa per unit kami ki darkhwast ki hai.
Yeh request fuel price mechanism ke tehat ki gayi hai jo NEPRA har mahine review karta hai aur mulk bhar mein applied tariff regime ke mutabiq consumer ke bills par sirf ek mahine ke liye apply hoti hai.
Agar yeh adjustment approve ho jati hai, to consumers ko power bills mein Rs. 240 million se zyada ka relief milne ka imkan hai.
NEPRA aaj is application ka review karega, aur agar manzoor hoti hai to ye kami agle power bills mein dekhi ja sakegi.
