Lahore: First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba ke Board of Directors ne 15 October 2025 ko circular resolution ke zariye aik aham faisla manzoor kiya hai jis ke tehat Modaraba ko Public Limited Company mein tabdeel karne ka process shuru kiya ja raha hai.
Company ke mutabiq, yeh tabdeeli aik nayi company ke sath merger ke zariye ki jaayegi — jo sirf is maqsad ke liye incorporate ki gayi hai.
Yeh transaction tamam zaroori corporate aur regulatory approvals ke baghair mukammal nahi hogi, jin mein SECP, Registrar Modaraba Companies, Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) aur Honourable Lahore High Court ke approvals shamil hain. Iske ilawa, certificate holders aur creditors ki manzoori bhi law ke mutabiq hasil ki jaayegi.
Company ne wazahat ki hai ke restructuring ke dauran certificate holders ke tamam rights aur interests puray taur par mehfooz rahenge. Jab Scheme of Arrangement final ho jaayegi, to Board ki manzoori ke baad certificate holders/shareholders se bhi court-directed meetings ke zariye approval liya jaayega.
Company ne kaha ke is restructuring ka abhi koi foran asar company ke financial position ya day-to-day operations par nahi parega. Company apne lenders, creditors, employees aur commercial partners ke tamam obligations ko restructuring ke dauran bhi jaari rakhegi.
