Dost Steel Limited Company ki further issue of shares kay par value discount ki application Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) ne approve kar li hai.

In this regard Company ne 128,961,717 ordinary shares at Rs. 4.07 each (with discount) allow kiye hain jis ki amount Rs.524,874,188/- hai.
