Dawood Lawrencepur Limited (“the Company”) ke Board of Directors ne Tenaga Generasi Limited (“TGL”) mein apni complete shareholding ke liye Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) mein Artistic Milliners (Pvt) Ltd ke saath enter hone ke liye approval de di hai.
TGL mein Company ki shareholding 227,027,613 shares, ya’ni TGL ke outstanding paid-up capital ka 75% shamil hai, jo ke TGL ke directors ke 5 shares bhi shamil hain.
Iss “Proposed Transaction” ke complete hone par, Company ke members ki manzoori aur all applicable regulatory aur corporate approvals shamil honge.
