Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited ne BBFL ke listing ka aelan kiya hai jo ke MetaTech Trading Limited (META) ke Big Bird Foods Limited mein merger / amalgamation Scheme ke tehat Lahore High Court ke hukam ke mutabiq June 26, 2024 ko sanction hui thi.
Scheme ke mutabiq swap ratio ke tehat META ke shareholders ko 1 META share ke badle 0.24 BBFL share allot kiya gaya hai.
Company ke shares ki trading PSX Main Board par Monday, August 05, 2024 se shuru ho gi aur yeh trading T+2 basis par settle ho gi. Pehla settlement date Wednesday, August 07, 2024 ho gi.
Company ke Market Lot 1 share ho ga jis ki qeemat PKR 10/- hai.
Shares ko pehle hi Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) ne ek eligible security qarar de diya hai aur tamam transactions National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) ke zariye settle hongi. NCCPL ne company ko “BBFL” code / security symbol assign kiya hai.
