B.R.R Guardian Limited ke Board of Directors ne apni board meeting mein, jo ke Monday, 28 October, 2024 ko Registered Office mein hui thy mein kuch ahem faislay kiye hain:

Draft Scheme of Compromises, Arrangement aur Reconstruction, jo ke BRR Guardian Limited aur BRR Financial Services (Private) Limited ke darmiyan hai, ki manzoori di gayi hai. Is muahide ke zariye BRR Financial Services ke kuch mukarrar assets ko BRR Guardian Limited mein transfer kiya jayega aur dono companies ke share capital aur reserves ko dobara se tanzeem kiya jayega.
- Delegation of Authority
Chief Executive ya Company Secretary ko ikhtiyar diya gaya hai ke woh is amal ko mukammal karne ke liye important documents petitions, affidavits waghera mukhtalif idaron ke samnay pesh karein, jis me Sindh High Court, SECP aur Competition Commission of Pakistan shamil hain.
Ye faislay dono companies ke aage barhne aur maqasid ko hasil karne mein ahem kirdar ada karenge.
