Yeh delay Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) ki salah par kiya gaya hai taakey refinery ka band honay ka waqt doosri refinery ke band honay ka waqt se milta julta na ho aur petroleum products ki farahmi jaari rahe.
