12 May 2023: PSX notice mutabiq, Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (GCILB) ke Non-comulative, Non-participation, Non-voting or convertible class B ke Ordinary shares ko GCIL ke ordinary shares mein change karne ke liye book closer ke announcement ke mutabiq, GCILB ki trading Tuesday 16 May 2023 se suspend kar di jayegi.
GCIL ne PSX se request ki thi ke wo GCILB ki trading Tuesday 16 May 2023 se suspend kar den, aur baad mein GCIL ke ordinary shares mein convert hone ke baad PSX se GCILB ko D-list kar diya jaye.
Is ke ilawa, yeh bhi announce kya gaya ke class B ke ordinary shares ke shareholders ki determination ke liye book closer date May 18, 2023 hogi. Company ke Board aur shareholders ki taraf se approved conversion ratio ke mutabiq.
GCIL ek ordinary shares ko class B ke ordinary shares ke badle mein jari karega, yaani 1:1 ke ratio se.
