Preference shares mein darj zeil terms and conditions hain:
(1) Un-listed
(ii) Callable after 3 years on a cumulative basis;
(iii) Non-voting;
(iv) Non-voting;
(v) Preferential Dividend calculated @ 6 month KIBOR+ (0.5% se 1% ) per annum, ordinary shareholders ki priority mein or Preference over ordinary shares company ke liquidation yani khatme windup ki soorat mein;
(vi) Preference Shares ke proposed issue shareholders or Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan ke conditional approval se hoga.
