Karachi: Lucky Core Industries Limited (LCI) ne media me chalne wali un reports ki wazahat jari ki hai jis me dawa kiya ja raha tha ke kuch global pharmaceutical companies ne pichlay teen saal ke duran Pakistan me apne manufacturing operations local companies ko divest kiye hain, aur un reports me LCI ka naam bhi liya gaya.
Company ne PSX Regulation 5.6.2 ke tehat clarification jari karte hue wazeh kiya hai ke:
- Lucky Core Industries ne pichlay 3 saal me apni koi pharmaceutical manufacturing unit divest nahi ki.
- Company ka pharmaceutical business normally aur purane taur tareeqay se jari hai.
- Balkeh LCI ne pharmaceutical sector me apni maujoodgi ko mazeed mazboot banaya hai, jis ka sab se bada saboot Pfizer Pakistan Limited aur Pfizer group entities se asset acquisition hai jo September 2024 me mukammal hua.
