Karachi – Amreli Steels Limited ne PSX ko ittila di hai ke Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) ne company ko 40 million ordinary shares issue karne ki manzoori de di hai.
Yeh shares right offer ke baghair, company ke existing sponsor Mr. Shayan Akberali ko issue kiye ja rahe hain. Iss direct issuance ki tafseel kuch yun hai:
- Total Shares: 40,000,000 ordinary shares
- Face Value: PKR 10 per share
- Subscription Price: PKR 25 per share
- Premium: PKR 15 per share
- Total Value: PKR 1,000,000,000 (1 billion rupees)
- Allottee: Mr. Shayan Akberali (existing sponsor)
Company ke mutabiq, yeh funds company ke debt restructuring plan ko support karne ke liye istemal honge, jo lenders ki requirements ke mutabiq tayar kiya gaya hai.
SECP ki approval, 28 October 2025 ke AGM me pass hone wali special resolution aur Board of Directors ke 03 October 2025 ke faislay ke baad mili hai.
Amreli Steels ab qanooni requirements ke mutabiq statutory filings aur share allotment ki formalities ko complete karegi.
