ISLAMABAD: SECP ne Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) ke regulations mein aham tabdeeliyon ki manzoori de di hai, jis ka maqsad market transparency ko behtar banana, investors ki hifazat mazboot karna aur Shariah-compliant capital market ko develop karna hai.
Naye rules ke mutabiq, PSX ko ab tamam listed companies ke khilaf kiye gaye disciplinary actions ko apni website par public karna hoga, taa-ke investors behtar faisle kar saken aur market disclosure improve ho.
Iske ilawa, listed companies ko ab apni Shariah-related details—jaise income, loans aur investments—seedha PSX ko provide karna hongi. Yeh information Shariah screening ko waqt par aur sahi tareeqe se mukammal karne mein madad degi, khaas taur par KMI All Share Index ke liye.
Transparency barhane ke liye, PSX ko 12 maheene ke andar Shariah Indices (KMI Indices) khud ya kisi independent third party ke zariye develop aur maintain karne ka bhi hidayat di gayi hai.
Naye amendments Islamic brokerage services ko bhi aasan banate hain, jis me dedicated Shariah-compliant account opening forms (Customer Relationship Forms aur Sahulat Account Forms) shamil hain, taa-ke investors ke liye Islamic trading accounts kholna behtar ho jaye.
SECP ke mutabiq, yeh reforms Pakistan ke capital market ko zyada transparent, efficient aur inclusive banayenge, aur mulk mein barhti hui Shariah-compliant investment demand ko pura karne mein madad denge.
