Karachi: Gul Ahmed Textile Limited ke Board of Directors ne Nooriabad, District Jamshoro mein SITE (Sindh Industrial Trading Estates) ke Plot No. A-44 ki acquisition ko officially approve kar diya hai. Is deal mein land, building, plant, machinery, allied equipment, fittings aur tamam appurtenances shamil hain.
Yeh acquisition applicable laws aur zaroori corporate, regulatory aur legal formalities ki takmeel se mashroot hai.
Board ne aage barh kar authorize kiya hai ke:
- Chief Executive Officer ko singly,
ya - Chief Financial Officer aur Company Secretary ko jointly
tamam zaroori qadam uthane, deeds execute karne aur sale transaction ko mukammal karne ka ikhtiyar hoga.
Industry circles ke mutabiq, iss acquisition se Gul Ahmed Textile Limited ka operational footprint aur production capacity dono mazboot honay ki umeed hai.
