Karachi: Shield Corporation Limited ke Board of Directors ne aaj apni meeting mein ek aham corporate faisla kar liya hai. Company ne announce kiya hai ke woh PSX se Voluntary Delisting ka process Rule Book ke Rule 5.14 (Voluntary Delisting Rules) ke tehat shuru kar rahi hai.
Board ne decide kiya ke Company PSX ko formal delisting application submit karegi. Iske sath hi, Company ke sponsors ko authorize kar diya gaya hai ke woh minority shareholders ke paas mojood ordinary shares buyback karein — jis extent aur jis price par PSX ya Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) regulations ke mutabiq tay karega.
Delisting ka yeh process tamam regulatory approvals aur required valuations ke baad hi complete hoga.
