Lahore: Agritech Limited ne Lahore High Court ke 3 June 2022 ke order ke mutabiq apne Scheme of Arrangement ke tahat creditors ko Term Finance Certificates (TFCs) issue kar diye hain.
Company ke statement ke mutabiq, total 1,013,345 TFCs, jinka aggregate face value PKR 5.066 billion hai, book-entry form mein issue kiye gaye hain.
Yeh issuance un creditors ke liye hai jo Scheme ka hissa thay, jis ka approval pehle se court se mil chuka tha.
