MariEnergies ne Eastern Offshore Indus-C Block mein 20% Working Interest hasil kar liya — Turkey ke sath strategic partnership
MariEnergies ne announce kiya hai ke us ne Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) se farm-out agreement sign kar liya hai jiske zariye company ne Eastern Offshore Indus-C Block mein 20% working interest hasil kiya hai. Ye partnership Turkish Petroleum Overseas Company (TPOC) — jo ke Türkiye ki national oil company Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı (TPAO) ki subsidiary hai — aur Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC) ke sath mil kar ki gayi hai.
Ye moahida Pakistan aur Türkiye ki hukoomaton ke darmiyan energy sector mein ta’awun barhane aur foreign investment ko promote karne ke liye ek aham qadam hai, taake mulk ke underexplored offshore areas mein exploration activities shuru ki ja sakein.
Regulatory approvals milne ke baad, block ki operatorship TPOC ko transfer ki jayegi, jinke paas offshore exploration aur field development ka wasee tajurba hai. Approvals ke baad expected participating interests ye honge: TPOC 25% (Operator), PPL 35%, MariEnergies 20%, aur OGDC 20%.
Ye transaction MariEnergies ke liye Pakistan ke offshore sector mein pehla qadam hai. Company apni onshore exploration ki kamyab history ko dekhte hue offshore exploration program ko tez karne ke liye tayar hai.
TPOC, PPL, aur OGDC ke sath ye partnership Pakistan ke offshore hydrocarbon potential ko unlock karne aur Pakistan–Türkiye ke darmiyan energy cooperation ko mazid mazboot banane ki taraf ek aham marhala hai.
