KARACHI: April 2024 ke IPO ke baad, Secure Logistics Group Limited (SLG) ne apni strategic amalgamation successfully complete kar li hai Trax Online (Private) Limited (Trax) ke saath. Yeh merger 5 May 2025 ko Islamabad High Court ke approval ke baad finalize hua. Dono companies ke milne se naya entity “Secure Logistics – Trax Group Limited (SLG-Trax)” ke naam se launch hua hai.
Yeh merger Pakistan ki logistics industry mein aik bari development mani ja rahi hai — jahan SLG ke asset-heavy operations (company-owned fleet, nationwide infrastructure, tracking aur security services) ko Trax ke asset-light aur technology-driven e-commerce logistics aur warehousing model ke saath combine kiya gaya hai.
Is integration ke baad SLG-Trax ek tech-enabled 4th Party Logistics (4PL) service provider ke taur par ubhar kar saamne aaya hai, jo chaar synergetic business lines (BLs) mein kaam kar raha hai.
Company ka Third-Party Logistics BL ab TIR-certified cross-border network develop kar raha hai jo Pakistan, Central Asia aur China ke darmiyan secure aur compliant logistics provide karega.
Iske saath hi, company ne apna fintech arm LogiServe (Private) Limited establish kiya hai, jise NBFC license mil chuka hai. LogiServe ka maqsad e-commerce merchants ke liquidity issues solve karna hai — khaaskar un cases mein jahan cash-on-delivery (COD) payments delay hoti hain. LogiServe apne logistics aur transaction data ke zariye embedded financial services jaise invoice financing aur short-term working capital facilities provide karega — ek closed-loop digital payment ecosystem create karte hue.
Company ke Board of Directors mein highly qualified professionals shamil hain jinhein e-commerce, logistics, fintech, aur finance mein gehra tajurba hai.
Pakistan ki traditional logistics industry ab tak fragmented rahi hai aur unorganized segment dominate karta hai. High operational costs, infrastructure gaps aur slow tech adoption is sector ke major challenges hain. Lekin SLG-Trax ka digitization initiative aur NBFC integration efficiency aur profitability dono mein naya dor shuru karega.
IHCY25 mein company ka revenue 16% barh kar PKR 1,457 million tak pohanch gaya, jo price inflation aur better capacity utilization ki wajah se possible hua. Company ka financial risk profile mazboot hai — healthy cash flows aur efficient working capital cycle ke saath.
