Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) ne wazeh tor par yeh bayan diya hai ke 17 October 2024 ko shaaya hone wali khabar ghalat hai. PRL ne kisi bhi Chinese company ke sath koi official commitment nahi kia, aur na hi yeh khabar unki taraf se release ki gayi hai.
PRL ne apne pehle letter dated 22 May 2024 ka hawala dete hue kaha ke unki senior management ne sirf potential EPC contractors aur financial institutions ke sath baat cheet ki thi, lekin abhi tak koi agreement finalize nahi hua.
