National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) ne apne Agritech Limited ke tamam shares farokht kar diye hain. Bank ne is sale ka tajziya karte hue kaha ke yeh divestment mukammal tor par qanooni zaroorat aur stock exchange ke qawaid ke mutabiq kiya gaya hai. Tafseelat ke mutabiq, NBP ne jo shares farokht kiye hain unki details kuch yun hai:
106 million se zyada ordinary shares,
61 million se zyada listed, convertible, non-voting, redeemable aur cumulative preference shares,
248 million se zyada non-convertible, redeemable aur cumulative preference shares jo limited voting rights ke sath hain.
In non-convertible preference shares ki allotment ya allotment ka amal Lahore High Court ke ek scheme ke zariye kiya gaya ya kiya jana hai.
Bank ne tasdeeq ki ke yeh compliant deal qanooni aur regulatory requirements ke mutabiq thi.
