EFG Hermes ko October 04, 2024 ko Mr. Imran (CNIC # 42000-5509472-9) se ek important notification mila hai. Is notification mein Mr. Imran ne company ke shares ka 10% se zyada hissa kharidne ka zikar kiya hai. Ye acquisition is liye khas ahmiyat rakhti hai ke iski reporting zaroori hoti hai.

Is ke ilawa, Mr. Imran ne company ke shares mein aur bhi kharid-o-farokht ki activities ki hain, jo Annexure-A mein tafseel se di gayi hain. Ye activities bhi reporting ke liye zaroori hain.

Company ne is se pehle bhi September 24, 2024 ko Pakistan Stock Exchange ko inform kiya tha ke Mr. Imran ne 10% se zyada shares kharide hain. Lekin unhone reporting requirements ko pura nahi kiya tha. 

Yeh development company ke shareholders aur stakeholders ke liye ahmiyat rakhti hai, aur EFG Hermes is case ki progress par nazar rakhega.
