Karachi, 23 September 2024: Greentree Holdings Limited, jo TRG International ki subsidiary hai, ne 18 September 2024 ko 4,440,004 shares TRG Pakistan ke kharid liye hain 54 PKR per share ke hisaab se, yeh baat company ne stock exchange mein filing ke zariye zahir ki.
Iss acquisition ke baad Greentree Holdings ka total shareholding 160.01 million shares ho gaya hai, jo TRG Pakistan ke total issued voting shares ka 29.3 percent represent karta hai.
Greentree Holdings Limited aik Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) hai jo TRG International (TRGIL) ki subsidiary hai. Yeh SPV iss liye banaya gaya tha ke market se TRG Pakistan ke shares kharid kar TRGIL ki subsidiary E-Telequote ke stake ki sale se aane wale funds ko istimaal kare aur apne shareholders ke liye value aur capital return ko maximize kare.
TRG Pakistan Limited 2 December 2002 ko Pakistan mein ek public limited company ke tor par incorporate hui thi aur 14 May 2003 ko SECP se license hasil kiya tha venture capital investment ke liye aik Non-Banking Finance Company ke tor par. TRG Pakistan ka main kaam, apne associate TRGIL ke zariye, Technology, IT enabled services aur medicare insurance sectors mein investments karna hai.
