Loan ka total amount PKR. 1,317,197,494 (Rupees One Billion Three Hundred Seventeen Million One Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand aur Four Hundred Ninety-Four) tha, jo 21 December 2017 aur 10 April 2019 ke Loan Agreement ke tehat diya gaya tha.
Yeh faisla members ki taraf se Special Resolution ke zariye manzoor honay ke baad, mukammal compliance ke tehat hi amal mein laaya jaayega.
