KARACHI: Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (NICL) ne Procter & Gamble Pakistan (Private) Limited (P&G) se Hub, Balochistan mein toilet soap manufacturing facility kharidne ke liye definitive agreements sign kar liye hain. Transaction ke baad, NICL P&G ke liye Safeguard soap manufacture karega.
Competition Commission of Pakistan ne is transaction ki approval de di hai.
Assets transfer ki formalities complete hone ke baad (soap mould aur Safeguard brand ke intellectual property rights ke siwa), NICL 1 September 2024 se facility ka possession aur control le lega.
