Worldcall Telecom Limited (WTL) ne WSL se maloomat hasil ki hai ke Global Tech Corporation (GTC) aik AMERICAN Company, symbol “GLTK” ke teht trading shuru kar chuki hai.
GTC ki trading shuru hone ke saath, reorganization ke plan aur agreement mein mentioned chizen mukammal ho chuke hain. WTL ke maximum share holders jaise ke WSL aur Ferret Consulting F.Z.C (Ferret) ne apne shares ko GTC mein consolidate kar liya hai, jo ab WTL ki ultimate holding company hai.
Yeh wazeh kiya jata hai ke WSL aur Ferret WTL ke share holders banay hue hain bina kisi changing ke aur WTL ki ultimate beneficial ownership bhi unke pass hai.
Is milestone ko hasil hone ke saath, WTL ko international capital markets ka access milay ga. GTC umeed karta hai ke kam se kam $05 million se le kar zyada se zyada $10 million ka amount jama ho ga. WTL ke liye dastiyab hue funds Fiber to the Home (FTTH) roll-out aur domestic aur international market ke liye IT solution ka commercial launch mein technology transformation ko bohat zyada taraqqi dene wale hain.
