Lahore High Court ne is Scheme ko NMPL, NICL, aur NRSL ke darmiyan manzoor kar diya, jise 17 January, 2024 se manzoori mil chuki hai.Yeh strategic restructuring company ke control ko mazeed mazbooti se bhar degi aur behtar growth, synergies and operational efficiencies ko mazeed increase karne me madad degy.
