Karachi: International Brands Private Limited (IBL) ne United Distributors Pakistan Limited (UDPL) se coordinate kiya aur suggestion di hai keh UDPL ko distribution kay business mein IBL kay sath compete karne se guraiz karna chahye.
UDPL ko Human Pharmaceutical Products ki distribution, marketing, aur sale se resist karne ka sochna chahiye. Is restriction ke liye IBL ne UDPL ke sath negotiate karne aur finalize karna ka agreement kiya hai.
Board ne company ke do directors ko authorization di hai ke is proposal ki conditions ko specify karen aur necessary documents prepare karen.
