Ye impacts Material, labour and transportation kay rising costs aur high financing cost kay sath constructors ki profitability ko kam kar rahe hain and new projects ko discourage kar rahe hain.
Expectations ki ja skti hain kay cement lower volumes se cost mein kami ho sakti hai. Richard Bay coal ki demand mein kami ki waja se iski price dec, 2022 se 46% kam ho gai hai, as reported.
Agar import restrictions ko kam kar diya jaye tou cement players ko jald hi zyada economical option se coal hasil karne ki flexibility mil jayegi aur sector margins bhi further boost ho sakta hai.
