KARACHI: Lucky Cement Limited k Board of Directors ne apni 21 June, 2023 ki meeting mein discuss kiya ke over the year company apni expansion aur diversification ki strategy par kaam kar rahi hai aur significant investments bhi ki gai hain jis ne shareholders ki enterprise value ko enhance kar diya hai. Is ke ilawa, company ne pehle bhi apne shares buy-back kiye hain aur ab bhi yehi kaam jari hai. In reasons ki waja se Board ne notify karwaya he ke Company ke general reserves utilized ho chuke hain aur inko entirely dividend ke tor par distribute nahi kia ja sakta, as per notification to PSX.
A/c to Board’s approval: Board ne is liye decision lia ke PKR 116 billion ko revenue reserves se separate Capital reserves mein reclassify kiya jaye (jo dividend ke through un-distributable hain) so that in reserves ko accurately reflect kia jaye.
