KARACHI: Shell Pakistan Limited (SPL) ke Board of Directors ne, 14 June, 2023 ko ek meeting mein bataya ke Shell Petroleum Company Limited (SPCO) se pata chala hai ke wo SPL mein apni shareholding sale karna chahte hain. Koi bhi sale target sales process, binding documentation ke execution aur applicable regulatory approvals ke receipt ke mutabiq hoga, as per notice.
