KARACHI: Bank Al Habib Limited ki PKR 7,000 Million ke Privately Placed Rated Unsecured and Subordinated (Tier 2 Capital) Term Finance Certificates (TFCs) ki listing Exchange par Thursday, June 08, 2023 se Chapter 5C of PSX Rule Book ke according “Privately Placed Debt Securities Listing Regulations” ke according start ho rahi hai. TFCs ki trading Friday, June 09, 2023 se PSX ke provided trading platforms ke zariye start hogi aur settlement National Clearing Settlement System (NCSS) ke T+1 basis par ho gi As per notice reported to PSX.
TFCs ki tenor 10 saal tak hai aur is mein aik tarah ka coupon rate hai jo har 6 month mein KIBOR plus 135bps ke hisab se change sakta hai. Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited Issue Agent ke taur par kaam kar rahi hai.Chapter 5C of the PSX Rule Book mein Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) TFCs ke trading mein shamil ho sakte hain. Market Lot ki face value price PKR 5,000 each certificate hai.
